School of Nursing

      The School of Nursing was established in 1929 by the decision of the People’s Government as the first school in the health field as the first nursing course in Mongolia.

     The only school that offers health education program which accredited by the Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC) on December 20, 2012. On September 8, 2016, the International ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System was implemented for the first time in the education sector of Mongolia, and the school’s vision, mission, quality policy, and motto were defined in accordance with the standards.

The School of Nursing offers for undergraduate: 

Nursing /bachelor 4-year, hierarchical bachelor 1-year/

Nursing /diploma 3-year/

Midwife / bachelor 4-year, hierarchical bachelor 1-year /

Physical therapist /bachelor 4-year/

Occupational therapist /bachelor 4-year/.

     And 1.5-2 year master’s and 3-year doctoral programs in 9 areas, and postgraduate training is offered for specialty and subspecialty professions.

     More than 11,000 students have graduated from our school, and currently, 1,348 students studying. More than 90 percent of all graduates are fully employed within the first six months. The students have opportunities of student support, tuition fee loans, and scholarships. 

     Within The Government decree scope, more than 90 percent of all nursing students are eligible for grants, and all students are eligible for student development loans and other scholarships.
