Department for university hospital development

The mission is to create and develop a university hospital system in Mongolia with the most qualified doctors, teachers, researchers, nurses, and medical specialists, providing a comprehensive range of educational, research, health care services at all levels.

Our division implements the following basic measures in the hospital, sanatorium, and diagnostic center of MNUMS. It includes:

• Develop and implement policy documents in accordance with government policies on health, education, and science, and other relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
• Implementation of national programs for the prevention and control of public health priority diseases.
• Provide health education to citizens and organize of preventive examinations.
• Determining priorities for diagnosis and treatment.
• Support and assist in applying for national and international accreditation.
• Support for the development of a training institution.
• Conduct research and studies.
• Develop an electronic information technology.
• Provide management for financial planning and solve related problems.
• Develop a hospital-based training system and organize training activities at all levels according to technology and standards.
•  To organize continuous training to empower managers, doctors and medical professionals.
• Ensuring stability of human resources.
• Develops and implements projects and programs in the field of management development and technological innovation of hospitals, sanatoriums, and diagnostic center.
